Guest identity — name, email address and phone number — is held in Zenchef, our booking and CRM provider, which is the system of record.

The newsletter is sent only to people who asked for it. Every message carries an unsubscribe link that takes effect everywhere.

To request access, correction, deletion or portability, or to withdraw consent, write to lisboa@mamashelter.com. We respond within one month.
